Spacious, well-appointed rooms and helpful service makes the Pine Lodge Motel one of the better budget motels on the Sydney to Brisbane run.
You get TV, aircon, ceiling fan, nice, bright (not cheap and low-watt) lighting, bedside lamps, complimentary tea, coffee and decent milk (enough for cereal, too), plus a fridge stocked with cool drinks at a very reasonable price - cheaper than the roadhouses. Plenty of coathangers, too. The motel is situated close to the the highway and its passing trucks, so earplugs are useful to ensure a good night's sleep!
Overall you get a clean, comfortable room with friendly service. Recommended.
