Cockleshell was renovated in 2017 from a solid bunkhouse with garage to a compact well-appointed 2 bedroom Bungalow with a covered patio area with views over a private golf course to the North East. The Bungalow is located on flat ground at the rear of our family holiday home and is totally self-contained with vehicle access.
The windows are PVC framed double glazed with gas heating making it very cosy and comfortable in the colder times. The Kitchenette comes with 2 burner stove and Microwave along with all that is necessary to prepare, cook and eat your meals. The bathroom is compact with a toilet, vanity and brilliant shower. Outside there is a Family Weber Q BBQ on the patio for use in lieu of an inside oven.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen-size posturepedic bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 long single posturepedic beds that can be joined into a King-size bed with 7 days’ notice prior to the booking date. Laundry facilities are available on request for the longer stayers.
If the hosts are not on site the key can be picked up or left in a Key-safe located on the property with code passed prior to your arrival
