Bidwell is a peaceful country retreat in the heart of Daylesford, set privately at the back of a leafy garden allotment on a quiet road that leads down to Lake Daylesford. It is very close to the famous Amazing Mill Markets antiques emporium, and within walking distance of both the Lake and Daylesford’s main street with its shops, restaurants and cafes.
The cottage has a woodburning heater with about 8kg of firewood supplied. A powerful new split-system air conditioner has recently been installed. As well as the queen-size bed in the bedroom, there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Free WiFi is provided, as well as the Netflix and Stan streaming services on the smart TV.
There is a secure fenced garden and pets are also welcome inside the cottage. The long west-facing deck has outdoor seating and a gas barbecue. There is ample on-site parking available.
